Awoke this morning to 680 News saying that there is rain in Markham. I had to choose between sleeping another 30 minutes or getting up for a run before work -- I chose the latter :-) Good thing since it was cloudy and the roads and sidewalks were drying up. I was pleased I started the run very slowly so it wasn't as challenging as yesterday. Got in 5.65 K -- the first two 10:1 went by quickly and the final one...well let's say I was glad to hear the Garmin beep. May get in another run this week (as long as it doesn't rain) before the LSD on the weekend. YTD = 625.13 K.
