23.5 K long run today

The autumn season has definitely arrived. 23.5 K today. One other run this week: Wednesday 4.8 K. Next Sunday is the Hamilton Marathon. This will be full/ultra marathon #54 and my final race for the 2017 year.

Toronto Waterfront Marathon Photo Race Report - Full/Ultra Marathon #53

Toronto Waterfront Marathon is my favourite race. This is my ninth consecutive year running the full marathon (and walked the full marathon 11 years ago).

Weather was 12C at the start and increased to 21C.

Full/ultra marathon #52 is now in the books. Humid at the start line and welcomed the overcast weather - sun came out momentarily and rained briefly. Windy - sometimes to my back and other times to my face.
