Week #2 No Runs This Week

Another week of no runs during the week due to a cold (and recently a terrible cough). Have scheduled a half marathon race in Ajax this Sunday -- I'll decide if I will run it (e.g., weather). Fortunately, everything below the neck is in running shape -- just what's above the neck that's the problem :-( I coughed so much last night in bed my ribs began to hurt. I'm just about to go to bed (and don't look forward to all the coughing).
