First run since the Midsummer Night's 15K. Beautiful morning -- sunny and cool. Unfortunately woke up a bit late so began the run close to 10:00 am. Got in 10:1 (x4) in the neighbourhood, covering 6.12 K. Have gotten over the long evening race of Saturday. Hope to have another run tomorrow morning, pending cooperation of the weather. YTD = 765.44 K.
