* Tuesday = 5 K
* Wednesday = 5 K
* Today = 28 K LSD. Overcast 20C with humidity 24C. Really helps without the sun. Enjoyed the run on the Martin Goodman Trail. Quite a few runners and bikers on the trail this morning.
