A hot and humid week! In addition to the 5 K run on Canada Day, there was a 2.5 K after work on Wednesday and today's 20 K run this morning. Temperature felt like 30C this morning - began the run slightly before 8 AM and finished at 10:40 AM - the clouds helped a lot. Due to the possibility of rain, I ran on the Danforth, east to Victoria Park, and then back home. Fortunately, no rain. Never easy to run when it is hot and humid - but must run!
Now that I am on holidays, hope to have 5 K runs on the weekdays. Definitely 2 weekday runs - maybe 3??
