5 K this morning. Hot and humid July. Checked the newspaper - only place really in North America in the mid-teens is in Northwest Territories. Maybe I should buy a one-way ticket? Staying indoors as way too hot. Having difficulty sleeping at night - but at least that means I can get out of bed early for a run. Need to survive July as August is nicer.
