| Boarded bus shuttle at 5:15 AM for 30 minute ride to Levis, Quebec. This is the start line for the full marathon. Getting ready for 7:30 AM start. |

| 40 K to go. Great weather - cloudy, temperature in the teens at the start. |

| 38 K to go. Another instance of running uphill. In fact, there are very steep climbs up or down in Quebec City. Same goes with Montreal. |

| 35 K to go. Police at strategic places. Volunteers plentiful helping to keep us in the route. |

| A steep uphill climb. No energy to run - walked it. |

| The wonderful volunteers at the fluid stations. Water and Gatorade distinguished by cup. Volunteers did a great job at each of the stations. There were 2 stations for oranges, 1 station for bananas, 4 stations for sponges, and 1 station for gel. |

| Quiet streets. The runners spaced out rather quickly. There were times I wondered if I was on the correct route and was assured by the volunteer nearby. |
