20 K long run yesterday. Cold temperature between -3C and -7C so ran on Toronto sidewalks. Prefer the Martin Goodman Trail without traffic lights but that was possible as it would have been colder beside Lake Ontario. St. Louis marathon in two months and needing WARM weather so I can build up the mileage.
