Full/ultra marathon #47
Chose to register for this full marathon on the last day - May 9 - $125. Wanted to be sure I could run this as I ran the Waterloo Marathon and Toronto Marathon in the past 2 weeks. This is the inaugural year of the full marathon.
Woke up at 3 AM to make it to Dunnville by 6:20 AM. Thank goodness for my iPhone map as I arrived at 5:20 AM. Duncanville has a population of 12 000, approximately 50 km from Hamilton. Parked the car near the finish line and school bus took us to the start line.
| 50 feet statue of town mascot, "Muddy" the Mucat. Very cool. |
| Start line. A small race with about 125 registered in the full marathon. |
