Niagara Ultra 50 K Photo Race Report

Once again, needed to ask someone (gas station) for directions - actually on the right route. Great to have race day pick-up. |

5K mark. Every 5K there is a water station with water, gatorade, candies. |

12 K. For the next 1/2 K, steep uphill, which I walked. |

This race is not closed to traffic; thus, need to let cars go first before safely crossing. |

No issues - except it was hot and humid. Brought a water bottle and filled it up at every station from 20 K to the end. That mean I drank almost 1 L of gatorade every hour.
Happy that full/ultra marathon #39 is now completed. Four races this spring. The summer will be maintenance. Next race is Montreal Marathon in late September.
