* Labour Day Monday = 5 K in neighbourhood
* Thursday = 5 K after work
* Saturday = 1 K (for relieve a headache after too much reading!)
* Sunday = 28 K LSD on the Martin Goodman Trail. Excellent weather - 20C and sunny. Began run at 6:30 AM. Then went to the Toronto Zoo with my brother. It was Teacher's Day today - free admission for teachers.
YTD = 1162.7 K
