Internet down...must use work computer.
2 runs last week -- 1.97 K using new orthodics and 25.21 K last Sunday. Sunday's run began with me tripping and falling to the ground while taking Bud for a walk. Neck did not enjoy the fall -- felt like whiplash :-( Neck still has some pain. Now I am under the weather and not running these past few days. Need to go home now and sleep it off again.
