Yesterday, 10 K run. Shortened the long run due to the rain. Afterwards, freezing rain started in the afternoon and continued all day Sunday. It is very slippery... not worth an injury with five full marathons in five weeks coming up beginning the end of the month. Can't believe this weather... at least I didn't go to work as it would have been dangerous.
