32 K long run

Can't believe summer is over for me (back to work tomorrow!) and that marathon season is around the corner - 1 month until the Montreal marathon. Exciting and looking forward to the Montreal Marathon, Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Niagara Falls Marathon, and Philadelphia Marathon. Will post a blog entry on the upcoming fall running season soon.
