Only 1 run again this week -- on Saturday, ran 5.15 K. Went to see sports medicine doctor who could not find anything wrong with right foot. He did suspect it is "Tendonitis right dorsal foot". He said running is very repetitive and could also be caused by the shoe being too tight. I did start a new pair of shoes as I still have no idea (!) where my current pair of shoes with custom orthodics went (Bud looks just as confused when I "accuse" him of hiding them. Not the dog since both left and right shoes are missing). Yesterday at about 4 K, felt right foot discomfort again. Hope to run after work this week - doctor said I could come in and he would see me between patients. Running really helps clear my mind and loosen the tight shoulders! If I can't find my custom orthodics will need to spend a couple hundred dollars for a duplicate (this would be my own money since work insurance gives 1 pair every 3 years - and they have been only 1/2 year).
YTD = 1404.4 K

First Run in 3 Weeks = 10.15 K
Took 3 weeks off to rest the right foot. Second time this year running north on Yonge Street until York Mills Rd and second time to get injured. This time it was the right foot. Thus, missed the Hamilton Marathon, which would have been amazing due to the fall weather -- perfect for running a marathon. Anyways, 10 K this morning and don't think I've lost it (thank goodness). Windy out there. Passed by the Santa Claus Parade floats as they await for the parade. Two floats particularly caught my eye -- the Tim Horton's gingerbread house with donuts on it! Another was a dinasaur float.
Don't know where my running shoes with my new orthodics went -- that's what happens with 3 weeks off running. Can't blame Bud for taking them since both the left and right shoe are missing. Don't want to order another pair since insurance will not cover it.
YTD = 1399.3 K
Bought a new car -- Hyundai Elantra 2012. Previous car served me very well and never was an issue -- lasted 11 years and almost 204 000 K. Problem was each time there was an oil change, a thousand dollars worth of repairs was needed.
