Met with the sports medicine doctor and orthotics specialist at Athlete's Care. It's been 3 years since I got my custom orthotics and my insurance provider pays for one pair every 3 years. $450.00. Will be ready in a few weeks. The orthotics specialist said my current pair is still good -- so I'll put that in my walking shoes, while using the new one in my running shoes.
