Past week

Today = 5 K
last Sunday = 22.5 K
last week Wednesday = 5 K

It definitely has been a hot and humid summer. Fortunately, there are shady areas for me to run - e.g., sun moving from east to south in the morning and there are tall buildings. Long run on Sunday was pleasantly surprised as it was cloudy :-)

Officially on summer holidays. Last day of work was last Friday in which I got in a 3 K run in the early morning. This is going to be a hot, humid, and sunny summer. I will strive for early morning runs.

Bud got sprayed by a skunk last night. He pulled me towards the skunk and I lost control. I was dramatically seeing Bud with a skunk in his mouth. Once he released the sunk, he got sprayed. He got a bath this morning. Vet called me about his biopsy results - has allergies which has caused him to lick and then scratch. Will see vet for treatment of past hotspot, discuss treatment for allergies, and get a shot for the skunk. Bud, fortunately, is up-to-date with his shots. Took Bud to PetValu and bought him shampoo for his bath:
