Last LSD before marathon; zoo photos

All set for next Sunday's Mississauga Marathon! Got in 21.5 K LSD this morning on the Martin Goodman Trail - lots of runners out there.

In the afternoon, was at the Toronto Zoo for Teacher's Day. Some photos:

Forgot to post photos from last Sunday's Yonge Street 10K race. Bud and I arrived on time this year - missed it last year.

Week in Review - 28 K LSD

Two weeks until the Mississauga Marathon!

Three runs this week:

* Tuesday = 2.25 K after work
* Friday = 5 K (Good Friday)
* Today = 28 K on Martin Goodman Trail - great weather - sunny and 10C. Lots of runners out there.

YTD = 452.6 K

32 K LSD

Two runs this week:

* Friday = 2.25 K after work
* Saturday = 32 K on the Martin Goodman Trail. Perfect running weather today - cool, sunny. Lots of runners today as the May races are coming.

YTD = 417.4 K

Two runs this week:

* Thursday = 3 K

* Today = 30 K along Martin Goodman Trail. Took 4.5 hours for the LSD. Started at 10 AM and the weather was a tad cold. The run ended with cool weather - very nice! Lots of runners out today - all preparing for their races next month?
