25 K LSD

25 K LSD on the Martin Goodman Trail this morning/afternoon. West of the Humber River bridge and back. Have not run this route in over a month! Trail well used. The Walmart Walk was taking place. Also, the Ride to Conquer Cancer had its finish line at Ontario Place. No issues on the run today. Massage on Wednesday to loosen the legs.

Just clarified the Niagara Ultra 50 K is on Saturday morning. Hoping for cool weather. Last year was quite humid.

Took Bud to Woofstock this afternoon. Bought him a stuff animal - the squeeky sound will still work when the toy is puncured. Paid $15 no tax.
