Wednesday = 5 K (took 3 days off to rest from last Saturday's Midsummer Night's 30 K run).
Thursday = 6.5 K; also went for a 60 minute massage - much was focused on the legs - right leg tight. Massage works as I have not been injured in years. Loosens the tightness (which is the way to legs cope)
Saturday = 30 K along Martin Goodman Trail. Aim was at least 25 K but since the sky was overcast, that helped considerably - even if it was a bit humid. Happy with the distance. Will aim for 32 K next weekend. That should be enough before tapering in preparation for the Montreal Marathon in the last week of September.
YTD = 1043.8 K
