Day #3 of the heat wave. Yesterday was an extreme heat wave. With humidity, was 35C at midnight. Spent the entire day with Bud yesterday - he's happy to be in doors. After taking Bud on a walk this morning, I went on 5 K run. Wasn't that bad - I find the afternoons and evenings more unbearable. Tomorrow's weather is worse. Weather is supposed to back to the mid-20s on Sunday - looking forward to nicer weather and the LSD.
