25 K LSD

25 K LSD this morning. Wow - survived the heat this past week. Thunderstorm around 6 PM that lasted 15 minutes - that brought the temperature down by 10 degrees. Today with humidity is 32C. When I started the run, it was cloudy :-) Then the sun came out and stayed out. Quite a few people on the Martin Goodman trail today. The LSD was not easy due to the sun. There were a few instances of a cool breeze from Lake Ontario - much appreciated.
