This morning, planned on 30 K run but ended up with 32 K. Brought along the camera and took photos - especially of Tommy Thompson Park. This is the same park used in the Midsummer Night's Run. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of people in the park. I remember running in the park a couple of years ago and only a handful of people. Great for running and scenic - but can be boring. There was a cool breeze near the lake. So the route was Cherry Park, Tommy Thompson Park, Ashbridges Bay Park, Kew Beach Park, and back home. Lots of stopping to take photos (total 24). Lots of people playing beach volleyball and at the beach in Ashbridges Bay. Happy to complete the longest run in the training and repeating it will be easier in a few weeks (hopefully) when the weather cools a bit. YTD = 1037 K
