Tuesday -- 4.04 K. Ran before night school.
Friday -- 4.70 K. After work, went to the Postage Stamp show at the CNE -- parked car "far" away for free so did my run to and from. Purchased a few full panes at face value :-) The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is going on but $20 admission :-|
Today -- 20.60 K. Training session at York University. Afterwards, did 4 intervals of 5 K run : 0.15 K walk through G. Ross Lord Park. Nice scenery but got bored as I was running in "circles".
YTD = 1598.6 K
