November 22nd -- 4.06 K -- run after work
November 24 -- 1.00 K -- run with Bud -- this Chow likes to run; just stops abruptly at times.
November 25 -- 3.90 K -- run after work
today -- 19.00 K -- along Martin Goodman Trail until the Humber River Bridge and back. Wow, it was windy in the first half; second half was great. Outcome: I'm sneezing. Hope I don't have a cold :-|
This week = 27.96 K
YTD = 1651.3 K
Took Bud to Woofstock this afternoon. Very crowded. Bud got to meet many dogs :-)Bought a few packs of dog treats. They were mainly selling dog clothes at the booths. Photo with Santa was $15 -- didn't do this as it's tough for Bud to get his photo taken.

Week in Review = 24.7 K
Really is down time now that racing season is over. The good news is 3 runs this week:
- Tuesday = 2.8 K
- Thursday = 4.1 K
- Sunday = 16.7 K + 1.1 K
Today is the Santa Claus Parade so I opted (also a good idea since it was quite cold and windy) to run the route of the parade. Unfortunately, I didn't connect that lots of people would be blocking the sidewalks a few hours before the parade began. I did get to see the 30+ floats before the parade -- first time got such an up-close view. My favourite floats were the Mr. Potato Head + Connect 4 and the Coca Cola Polar Bear float. At the end of my run, I had to get through University Avenue and wow it was busy - thank goodness for Subway underground!
Took Bud to see Santa Claus. Although a Chow Chow, he's a natural runner. Only thing is he will stop abruptly to pee or to smell a colleague's pee :-|
YTD = 1623.3 K (Reached 1000 Miles this week!!)

Week in Review = 29.34 K
Tuesday -- 4.04 K. Ran before night school.
Friday -- 4.70 K. After work, went to the Postage Stamp show at the CNE -- parked car "far" away for free so did my run to and from. Purchased a few full panes at face value :-) The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is going on but $20 admission :-|
Today -- 20.60 K. Training session at York University. Afterwards, did 4 intervals of 5 K run : 0.15 K walk through G. Ross Lord Park. Nice scenery but got bored as I was running in "circles".
YTD = 1598.6 K
