10:1 (x4)

Got in 10:1 (x4) this morning by running in my neighbourhood, for 6.09 K. It's a bit fast but I felt great. Hope to redo the run tomorrow morning with my LSD on Friday (as I'm busy Saturday). Enjoying the holidays but not the rain. I put Bud in the back yard after dinner today and had to run to let him in -- he goes to the bushes when it rains for cover. He's a chow and doesn't bark -- guess he fends for himeself?
