Full/ultra marathon #42 is now done! Thrilled (and relieved) there were no issues with the left foot. I re-read the doctor's x-ray report - no fractures or broken bones. After yesterday's 2.5 K without any issue, I gave myself the green light. Plan B would have been to give the foot another week's rest and then register for the Hamilton Marathon. In the end, all went well.
