Made the trek on the highway early Saturday morning. Stopped by The Big Apple in Colborne. Past by this place numerous times on the 401 highway as I taught in Belleville from 1997 to 2001. |
Photo of the pie makers in action. The Big Apple have sold over 5 million pies! |
Quinte Secondary School in downtown Belleville. 4 amazing years as a mathematics teacher here (room 113). |
I lived in this apartment (room 106) during my time in Belleville. 3 minute walk to school! |
Made it to Picton, which is 40 km from Belleville. I stayed at The Picton Harbour Inn, which is a km from the finish line. Picton has a population of 4000 people.
