First run since the Ottawa Marathon. 5 K this morning - it's been a humid day. It's been a busy week and I got a 45-minute deep tissue massage last Wednesday to loosen the legs - this is key so they don't tighten to the point of injury. Next run is the Niagara Ultra 50 K in 3 weeks - by that time, the millions of micro tears will have naturally healed.
Tomorrow will be my long run. The temperature will be about 10 C - amazing running weather!
