Week in Review:
Wednesday after work - 5 K along Martin Goodman Trail through Cherry Beach Park.

Friday after work - 5 K in Markham.

| This is a pond built for the winter snow melting to prevent flooding. |
Sunday - 21.1 K run along Martin Goodman Trail. Morning rain stopped when I began run. Wore running jacket, which I had to hold due to the increasing humidity.

| Took Bud to the Word on the Street. 75 minutes later, we are home and exhausted (both of us). Bud is resting and happy to have said hi to several dogs. |
Next Sunday is the Montreal Marathon. Tapering is done. Looking forward to marathon #24 - and first out of the province. Hoping for autumn running weather!
