It's been a wonderful 2013 year:
* remained uninjured (acknowledgement to RMT who loosens my tight legs)
* total running mileage = 1519.2 K
* completed 1 ultra marathon: Niagara 50 K
* completed 4 full marathons: Mississauga; Whitby; Toronto Waterfront; Hamilton
* completed 2 races 30 K: Around the Bay; Midsummer Night's Run
* The Hamilton Marathon in early November marked (ultra)marathon #20
Looking ahead to 2014 year, my goals are:
* remain uninjured (continue getting massages to loosen legs)
* have registered for: Around the Bay 30 K (March 30); Mississauga Marathon (May 4); Ottawa Marathon (May 25); Toronto Waterfront Marathon (October 19)
* on-line registration not yet available: Niagara Ultra 50 K (June 14); Midsummer Night's Run (?); Hamilton Marathon (November 2)
* If all goes well, the Hamilton Marathon in early November will be (ultra)marathon #25
* Goal is 1000 miles again (1609 K)
