Feb 20 -- 24.79 K beginning at 11 AM -- woke up late (!). Very warm temperatures of 9C on Thursday this past week resulted in much of the snow melted. During today's 3H run, ran in the beaches. Opted for an additional 30 minutes since the ATB 30K is not far away :-|
