10:1 (x4)

Yeah! I'm now over 400K for the year :-) Did 10:1 (x4) after work today. Started off slowly and then got into a good pace. Love the walk breaks! Cloudy and cool. Hot and humid weather this Friday...oh boy.

Today: 5.95K; 7.22 minutes/K
YTD: 403.71K

Hope to have another 10:1 (x4) either tomorrow or Friday (but the weather!) and then my long run on the weekend -- live for the long run on the weekends!!
