25 K last Sunday; ready for Toronto Marathon

Forgot to post photos of Sunday 25 K long run. Prior had a 2 K run after work. Today had 2 K after work. Next Sunday is the Toronto Marathon! Looking forward, if all goes well, for my first of seven full/ultra marathons this year. Bud looks forward to wearing the "dinner plate" medal!

30 K long run - amazing spring weather!

Two runs this week:  2 K on Thursday and 30 K today. Wow - spring weather!!! Amazing running weather - no humidity. Saw a former student on the run. Also was noticed by a lady who reads my blog!
