Amazing spring weather!!! 25 K today along Martin Goodman Trail.

23 K long run yesterday

One run this week = 23 K yesterday. Spring like weather during the weekend.

22 K long run on Family Day

22 K run today. Still cold but not as bad as Saturday and Sunday. Also started to snow - slippery sidewalks.

2 K run on Valentine's Day - super cold!!!

 

 

Super cold yesterday and today. 2 K today. Will have long run tomorrow when weather returns to running conditions. Bud has gotten 1 minute walks during this deep freeze of -30C with windchill.

Last week, I put my name forward for the New York Marathon draw. Tried last year and did not get chosen. Will try again. If selected, very expensive registration: $347 US.

Amazing spring weather! Thrilled practically no snow this winter. With last 2 K today, left knee pain came back :-|
