Registered for next year's Montreal Marathon

Received an e-mail that the Montreal full marathon for September 2016, for today, is $59 presale registration fee. Wow!!! I just registered. Looking forward to running this marathon again.

long weekend

Saturday: hot, humid - weather said today is a heat wave. Started run at 7:30 AM and got in 25 K. Slow run. Lots of runners on the Martin Goodman trail today.


Today: 5 K on a hotter and humidor day. Gave Bud a bath! He did NOT like it but it's good for him to be clean.
