30:1 (x2) Hot & humid
Hot and humid :-| Got in my run, 8.08 K. Not easy in this awful weather. Want cool and overcast weather (but again, it'll be winter soon and then I'll be asking for warm weather -- can't win!).
That's what my vet said a few days ago. Last year's summer was cool. Read in the Toronto Star at least there's no haze, so the air quality has been good this summer.
It's either too hot or too cold.
